Tribhuvan University exam controller office Balkhu today published the results of Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) third year-2069.

The exam of both BA third year and BBS third year were held on Magha-Falgun 2069.

समय निर्मम हुन्छ । चाहेर पनि नचाहेर पनि मान्छे समयको पिछा लाग्न बाध्य हुनुपर्छ । चाहेर पनि नचाहेर पनि समयको चालमा आफ्नो जीवनको रथ गुडाउन विवस हुन्छ मान्छे । समय बदलिएरै त हो मान्छेको जीवन बदलीएको यदि समय स्थिर हुन्थ्यो भने मान्छे पनि स्थिर हुन्थ्यो जडवत् । उसको शरीर त्यही आवरणमा ढल्किएर वाल, किशोर, यौवन र बृद्ध लयमा बाँच्छ तर त्यही रुपमा आवरण फेर्दै जीवनका फरक घुम्ति हुँदै डाँडो छिचोलेर तल झर्छ क्रमशः
समयक्रमसँगै बग्ने नदीरुपी जीवनका अनेकन वहाव भित्र नयाँ गती र आवरणमा सजिन केहि मानवले मात्र भ्याएका छन् आजसम्मकै मानव सभ्यताको विकासक्रममा ।
सन्दर्भ समय गतिमा सङ्गती नमिलेका केहि पात्रहरुको हो । चिन्तनको हो र तिनीहरुका प्रवृतिहरुको हो । दुनियाँमा तिनीहरुको अस्तित्वको संकट हुँदैन, जो समयको गति र लयसँगै जीवनको मार्ग बनाउँछन् । समयलाई चिन्न सक्छन् । आजको परिवर्तित दुनिँयामा परिवर्तनको नारा अलाप्ने तर आफु भित्र परिवर्तनको गुदि नपसेकाहरुबाट परिवर्तन किमार्थ सम्भव छैन । एकाहोरो वाद विचारको पृष्ठभुमिमा निर्मित सुन्दर नाराले मुलुक विकासको खाका कोर्न आज सम्भव छैन । समय सवैको पक्षमा पर्छ एकदिन तर वेलैमा त्यो समयको सदुपयोगबाट विकासको यात्रा प्रारम्भ गर्नुपर्दछ । 'समय छन् जेल सुतेर बस्ने समय घर्किए पछी विस्कुन सुकाउन हतार गर्ने' परिपाटी आजको नेपाली राजनीतिको मुख्य समस्या हो । नेपाली जनताले पटक–पटक गरेर सवै शक्तिलाई सत्ता सुम्पिएकै हुन् । 'बाँदरले नरिवल फोर्न नजाने झैँ' सत्ताको सदुपयोगबाट मुलुकको कायाकल्प गर्न धेरैलाई समयले उछिन्यो र आज बदलीएको परिवेशमा हरेक हिसावमा नेपाली जनता 'कुहिराको काग' बन्नु परेको छ । श्रोत र साधनको अनुपमता भए पनि 'मणी हराएको नाग झैँ' बन्नु परेको कटु सत्य हाम्रो सामु छ । पहिलो संविधान सभा किन संविधान निर्माण नगरी अवसान भयो ? दलहरु बीचमा लडेर ल्याएको व्यवस्था परिवर्तन अर्काको पोल्टामा जाला वा पश्चगामी शक्ति हरुले पुनः अतिक्रमण गर्लान भन्ने चिन्ता किन रत्तिभर भएन ? मिल्न नसकेका विषय माथीको बहसले किन ठोस निश्कर्ष निकाल्न सकेन ? एउटा गरिव मुलुकको लागि पटक–पटक महङ्गो रुपियाँ खर्चेर गरिने संविधान सभाको निर्वाचनका संस्करणहरुले नेपाली समाजलाई कति बर्ष विकासको गतिमा पछाडी पार्छ ? गरीव जनताको महङ्गो रुपियासँग साटेको अवको संविधानसभाले निमुखा नेपाली जनतालाई के दिन्छ ? आदि प्रश्नको सरल जवाफका लागि वाद विचार भन्दा माथी उठेर 'योग्य'हरुको खोजी गरौँ अवको निर्वाचनमा ।
